• When picking anything up, use the pads of your fingers, not the tips of your nails.

 

• Always use cuticle oil to help keep cuticles healthy and nourished.

 

• Always wear protective gloves when gardening or doing any DIY jobs.

 

• Nails should be dried individually, as and when they get wet.

 

• Never immerse your nail enhancements in any solution you wouldn’t put on your face.

 

• Some suntan lotions can dissolve and discolour your nail enhancements.
